Recruitment Waiver Form
"As a condition of the "No Child Left Behind' act, all public schools are required to give information about your child to military recruiters. They sometimes start this in middle school as well as high school. The only way to make sure that your child's info is not given to the military is to fill out this form and take it to your school's administrator and make sure that they understand that your child is not to be viewed as fodder for the military. This should be done for every child, male and female at entrance to middle school and high school."
